About me
Katie Allan is the Senior Property Manager at Tamagold Property. Under her belt she has over 20 years experience in the field establishing a great repour with landlords, tenants and all maintenance contractors. Over the years Katie has implemented detailed procedures in relation to maintenance, rental arrears, and the overall management of your property. Treating each property as if it was her own, she has shown to be dedicated and loyal to the role holding her last position for 11 years.
With an extensive rent roll, within a 50km radius, ranging from established homes to new apartment, Katie is able to tackle any issue that arises in a professional and efficient manor. Ongoing Management Training ensures capability and an extensive knowledge within the industry.
Katie has now joined forces with her husband James at Tamagold Property promising the longevity and strong relationship ties should you choose to list your property with us.
In her spare time Katie adores spending time with her large extended family, planning holidays and catching the occasional movie blockbuster.
